What we collect
This site collects personal information in one place: the demo-request form. When you book a demo, we ask for:
- Name
- Email address
- Dealership name
- Phone number
- Locations served
- Anything you write in the message field
Browsing the rest of the site does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information.
How we use it
We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your demo request and following up about AquaCounsel. Form submissions are delivered to us as email through SendGrid, which acts as our email processor; your details pass through its infrastructure solely to reach our inbox.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with data brokers. We do not run advertising networks or third-party marketing trackers on this site, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies beyond what is essential for it to function. There are no analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site trackers.
Data retention
We keep demo-request emails for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our sales conversations. If you would like your information deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address below and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and its last-updated date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
